The compact weight of 72 g and electric propulsion provide easy handling and stable flight characteristics in calm to moderate wind conditions. The included 300 mAh battery delivers sufficient flight time for short practice sessions, and the model’s simple layout reduces setup time. The white and blue colour scheme improves visibility in the sky while maintaining a clear visual reference for orientation.

Suitable for

• Beginner radio-controlled airplane pilots learning basic controls and flight maneuvers
• Hobbyists who want a lightweight electric trainer for backyard or park flying
• Modelers testing small electric power systems and battery endurance

Key specifications

• Weight: 0.072 kg
• Powertrain: electric engine
• Battery capacity: 300 mAh
• Recommended minimum age: 14 years+
• Primary colours: white, blue

How to use

Charge the supplied 300 mAh battery according to the manufacturer’s instructions before the first flight. Perform a pre-flight check: ensure all control surfaces move correctly, the transmitter and model are bound and operating on the same frequency or protocol, and the airframe is free of visible damage. Choose an open area with minimal wind for initial flights. Power up the transmitter first, then connect the battery to the model. Conduct gentle, low-altitude flights to confirm trim and responsiveness, and land safely to inspect the model and battery after each session.

Recommendations

Operate the Amewi AM38 in open spaces away from people, roads, and obstacles. Adhere to local regulations for unmanned aircraft and maintain line of sight during flight. Store and charge batteries in a fire-safe container and avoid fully discharging the battery to preserve capacity and prolong service life.
