Bastoncini Nordic Walking Viking SPIDER FS nero/rosso UNI – bastoncini da trekking regolabili

Viking SPIDER FS black/red UNI are adjustable Nordic walking poles designed for recreational walking, fitness and light trekking. The UNI model features a telescopic shaft to adapt to different user heights and walking styles, finished in a black and red two-tone design. These poles are suitable for use on pavement, trails and mixed terrain, and provide added stability, balance and posture support during Nordic walking sessions or longer outdoor walks.

Advantages

The adjustable telescopic construction allows quick length changes for individual comfort and storage. Lightweight materials and ergonomic grips reduce hand fatigue and support a natural pole technique. Durable tips and a reinforced shaft deliver reliable performance on varied surfaces. The two-tone finish offers clear visual contrast for easy recognition and a modern appearance without compromising functionality.

How to use

Extend or collapse each pole to the desired length and lock the telescopic sections according to user height and walking style. Hold the ergonomic grips with relaxed hands, plant the poles slightly behind the pace of the opposite foot and push off to engage the upper body. For uneven terrain, adjust length as needed for stability; on descents shorten the poles slightly and on ascents lengthen for better leverage. Regularly check and tighten the locking mechanism and inspect tips for wear before each outing.

Recommendations

Use the Viking SPIDER FS poles with polespecific rubber tips or protectors on hard surfaces to extend tip life. Store the poles dry and collapsed when not in use. Replace worn tips promptly to maintain traction and reduce shaft wear. For shared use, mark preferred length settings to speed adjustments and ensure consistent ergonomics for each user.
