• Weight: ~230 g (per pole)
• Telescopic construction with multiple sections for compact storage
• Unisex design suitable for a wide range of users

How to use

Extend the pole to the desired length within the 90–130 cm range and secure the locking mechanism according to the pole's adjustment system. Grip the handle with a relaxed wrist, plant the pole tip slightly behind or to the side of the boot when taking a step, and use a consistent rhythm to support forward motion and reduce impact on joints. Collapse the pole sections for transport or storage by releasing the locks and sliding the sections together until compact.

Recommendations

For optimal ergonomic benefit, set the pole length so your elbow forms an angle of approximately 90 degrees when the pole tip contacts the ground at your shoe level. Inspect locking points before each outing and clean and dry joints after use in wet or salty conditions to maintain smooth adjustment and longevity.
