Place the scales on a flat, stable surface and ensure the non-slip feet are engaged. Insert two AAA batteries into the battery compartment if not already present. Tap the sensor touch control to power on and set the unit of measure if required. Use the tare function to zero the scale with a bowl or container in place, then add ingredients and read the measurement on the display. After use, clean the stainless steel/glass surface with a damp cloth and avoid submerging the scales in water.

Recommendations

For accurate results, calibrate the scales according to the manufacturer’s instructions if available, avoid placing them on uneven or soft surfaces, and remove batteries if the scales will not be used for extended periods. Do not overload beyond the 20 kg capacity.
