How to use

Place the scale on a hard, level surface and install the supplied 3 V lithium battery according to the polarity markings. For consistent results, take measurements at the same time of day and under similar conditions. After use, switch the scale off if it has a power button or allow it to auto-off to conserve battery life.

Recommendations

To ensure accurate and repeatable measurements, place the scale on a flat, non-carpeted floor, stand with feet evenly distributed on the platform, and avoid moving until the reading is complete. Store the scale in a dry place and replace the battery when display segments dim or readings become intermittent.
