Bosch EasySander 12 levigatrice multiuso 22000 RPM 22000 OPM

The Bosch EasySander 12 is a compact multi sander designed for a range of sanding tasks on wood, metal and painted surfaces. Powered by a 12V Lithium‑Ion battery, it delivers a maximum idle speed of 22,000 RPM and an oscillation rate between 11,000 and 22,000 OPM. The tool features a Velcro sanding media fixing system for quick paper changes, a sanding surface area of 0.0104 m² and a lightweight body of approximately 0.7 kg, providing comfortable handling and easy manoeuvrability for DIY and professional jobs.

Advantages

The combination of high idle speed and adjustable oscillation rate allows for efficient material removal and smooth finishing. Low vibration emission (5.5 m/s²) reduces user fatigue during extended use, while the Velcro fixation simplifies abrasive replacement. Its cordless 12V Lithium‑Ion power supply ensures mobility and portability in confined or remote work areas. The compact size and low weight contribute to precise control when working on edges, corners and small surfaces.

How to use

Attach a compatible Velcro-backed abrasive sheet to the sanding pad, ensuring it aligns with the sanding surface. Secure the charged 12V Lithium‑Ion battery according to the manufacturer's instructions. Start the sander and select an appropriate oscillation rate for the material and grit being used; begin sanding with light pressure and move the tool evenly across the surface. For edges and corners, use controlled movements to avoid rounding or over-sanding. Allow the tool to stop completely before setting it down and replace or recharge the battery as needed.

Recommendations

Use progressively finer grit abrasives for a smoother finish, and work with the grain on wooden surfaces. Wear suitable personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when sanding. For long continuous work, alternate work periods and check battery charge to maintain consistent performance.
