The Bosch Expert C470 sanding sheet pack contains ten sheets measuring 230 mm by 93 mm, designed for a range of sanding tasks on wood, painted surfaces and composites. Manufactured from abrasion-resistant material, these sanding sheets provide consistent grit performance and a uniform finish. Their dimensions fit many palm sanders and sanding blocks, allowing controlled material removal and surface preparation before painting, staining or sealing.

Advantages

These Bosch Expert C470 sanding sheets offer durable abrasive performance and even wear across the sheet surface, which reduces the need for frequent replacement. The consistent grit distribution supports predictable sanding results and a smooth finish. The sheet size and format simplify attachment to hand sanders and manual sanding blocks, while the pack quantity provides immediate availability for multiple jobs.

Suitable for

• Surface preparation of wood prior to painting or staining

• Sanding between coats to achieve a smooth finish
• Light material removal on composites and MDF
• Manual sanding with sanding blocks and compatible palm sanders

Key specifications

• Quantity: 10 sheets per pack
• Sheet dimensions: 230 mm × 93 mm
• Abrasive type: durable, wear-resistant abrasive material
• Recommended use: general sanding and surface finishing
• Format: hand-sander compatible sheet

How to use

Select a sheet with the appropriate grit for the material and stage of work. Attach the sheet securely to a compatible palm sander or wrap it around a sanding block for manual use. Apply even pressure and move the sander or block with the grain of the wood or along the surface to avoid uneven abrasion. Replace sheets when the abrasive surface becomes worn or clogged to maintain effective sanding performance.

Recommendations

For best results, begin with a coarser grit for initial material removal and progress to finer grits for finishing. Use dust extraction or a vacuum attachment where possible to reduce clogging and maintain sheet life. Store sheets flat in a dry environment to preserve abrasive integrity.
