Busta MAILmedia 20233/0 C6/5 bianca 114 x 229 mm con finestra

MAILmedia Envelope model 20233/0 is a white C6/5 envelope with a transparent window, sized 114 x 229 mm. It is designed to hold standard A4 and A5 document folds and to display recipient address details through the window, eliminating the need to print or write addresses directly on the envelope. The envelope is suitable for single-sheet documents, invoices, statements and similar office correspondence where visible addressing simplifies mailing operations.

Advantages

The transparent window allows clear visibility of printed address information, reducing manual addressing time and lowering the risk of addressing errors. The C6/5 format provides a compact profile while accommodating common document folds. The white color offers a neutral, professional appearance suitable for business correspondence and administrative mailings. The envelope construction is suitable for machine or hand stuffing depending on mailing volume.

Suitable for

• Mailing invoices and statements
• Sending folded A4/A5 documents where address printing is used
• Bulk corporate mailings and administrative correspondence
• Office and postal workflows requiring windowed envelopes

Key specifications

• Size: C6/5, 114 x 229 mm
• Color: white
• Window: transparent window for address visibility
• Compatibility: fits standard folded A4/A5 inserts
• Intended use: mailing documents and letters

How to use

Place the folded document into the envelope so that the recipient address printed on the insert aligns with the transparent window. Ensure the insert is positioned correctly before sealing. For bulk mailings use appropriate manual or automated insertion equipment; for small batches, hand insertion and sealing are sufficient. Prepare postage and any required labels on the visible window area or on remaining envelope surfaces as per postal regulations.

Recommendations

For reliable address visibility, use standard address placement on the top half of the first page of the insert and verify alignment by holding the envelope against light before sealing. Avoid overfilling to prevent window misalignment and ensure smooth processing in inserting machines.
