Busta MAILmedia C5 bianca, gommata, 100 g/m² carta opaca

MAILmedia C5 white envelope with a gummed flap is made from 100 g/m² matte paper and is sized to hold documents up to C5. The envelope provides a clean, professional appearance for invoices, brochures, letters and printed materials while the gummed flap ensures a secure seal after moistening. Designed for everyday office and business use, it balances a sturdy feel with a smooth matte surface that is suitable for writing, printing and labeling.

Advantages

The envelope's 100 g/m² matte paper offers improved opacity and a firmer structure compared with standard lightweight envelopes, reducing show-through of contents and enhancing protection in transit. The gummed flap provides a reliable closure without the need for extra adhesives or tape once moistened. White matte finish provides a neutral background for printed addresses, logos or hand-written notes and is compatible with common office printers and mail handling equipment.

Suitable for

• Mailing invoices, statements and bills
• Sending brochures, folded leaflets and promotional materials
• Distributing business correspondence and official documents
• Personal letters and invitations requiring a professional presentation

Key specifications

• Format: C5-compatible (fits C5 documents and smaller)
• Paper weight: 100 g/m²
• Finish: matte surface
• Color: white
• Closure type: gummed flap (moisten to seal)
• Recommended uses: printing, handwriting, mailing

How to use

Insert documents folded to C5 size or smaller, ensuring edges lie flat inside the envelope. Moisten the gummed flap evenly—using a sponge, damp cloth or a light lick—then press the flap firmly against the envelope body to form a secure seal. Allow the adhesive to set for a short time before stacking or processing in mail sorting equipment. For machine feeding, verify compatibility with your printer or inserter by testing a small batch first.

Recommendations

Store envelopes in a cool, dry place to preserve the adhesive and paper quality. Avoid excessive humidity or direct sunlight. When printing addresses or barcodes, use recommended printer settings and perform a test run to ensure proper feed and print alignment on matte stock.
