Cacciavite c.k tools T4718ESD 1030 ESD T10 cacciavite di precisione, impugnatura isolata

The c.k tools T4718ESD 1030 ESD T10 precision screwdriver is designed for work on electrostatic-sensitive assemblies where controlled torque and accurate engagement are required. The screwdriver features a T10 Torx tip sized for small fasteners commonly found in electronics, with an insulated handle that provides a comfortable grip and electrical discharge protection during routine handling. Its compact length and balanced weight make it suitable for close-quarter access and repeated use in technician benches or hobby workstations.

Advantages

This precision ESD screwdriver offers stable tip retention and reduced cam-out thanks to the Torx T10 geometry, allowing secure engagement with small fasteners. The insulated handle is shaped to improve grip and offers basic protection against static discharge when working with sensitive components. The tool’s compact design supports precise control and access to recessed or crowded fastener locations while remaining lightweight for extended use.

Suitable for

• Electronics assembly and final adjustment of small Torx fasteners
• Repair and maintenance of consumer electronics, laptops and smartphones
• Work on printed circuit boards and modules requiring ESD-safe tooling
• Hobby electronics, precision mechanical assemblies and small appliance repair

Key specifications

• Tip type: Torx T10 (precision tip for small fasteners)
• Tip finish: magnetic or non-magnetic depending on production batch (check tool physically)
• Handle: insulated, ergonomically shaped for precision grip
• ESD protection: conductive/ESD-safe properties in handle material for static control
• Overall length: compact form factor for close-access work
• Weight: lightweight for reduced hand fatigue during repeated tasks

How to use

Select the T10 tip screwdriver for matching Torx fasteners and position the tip fully into the screw recess to minimize slippage. Apply steady, controlled torque while keeping the screwdriver aligned with the screw axis to avoid cam-out and damage to the fastener head. When working on electrostatic-sensitive devices, maintain ESD-safe practices such as using a grounded wrist strap and an ESD-safe work surface in addition to the insulated screwdriver. After use, store the tool in a dedicated ESD-safe holder or toolbox.

Recommendations

Use the screwdriver only on correctly sized T10 fasteners; excessive force or use on damaged screws can deform the tip. Combine the insulated handle with other ESD control measures (grounding and ESD-safe mats) for reliable protection of sensitive components. Inspect the tip regularly and replace the tool if wear or deformation is observed to preserve precision and reduce risk of component damage.
