With outer dimensions of 240 mm width and 320 mm height, this multicolour folder stores and protects standard A4 documents while remaining lightweight and flexible. The tear-resistant material and smooth surface make it suitable for frequent handling in office, school, and home environments. Each pack contains one folder designed for straightforward filing and everyday document organisation.

How to use

Insert A4 documents into the folder by sliding them into the opening along the shorter side, taking care to align pages to avoid creasing. Use a felt-tip or permanent marker to label the folder on the smooth surface, or apply adhesive labels for more detailed indexing. Store the folder upright on shelves or in filing racks to maintain flatness and protect contents from bending.

Recommendations

For prolonged document protection, avoid exposing the folder to direct sunlight for extended periods and store away from heat sources. Use the multicolour option to create a simple colour-coding scheme for faster retrieval of frequently used files.
