Componente per sistema di raffreddamento BitsPower BP-BSWP-C08 — costruzione in ottone, finitura nera

BitsPower BP-BSWP-C08 is a brass cooling system component with a black finish, engineered for use in PC liquid cooling assemblies. The part features a true hi-flow design and is built from high-quality brass to provide reliable fluid transfer and long service life. Its black sparkle nickel finish offers additional surface protection and a consistent appearance suitable for visible loop elements. The component includes a hidden O-ring design to ensure secure sealing while maintaining a clean external look.

Advantages

The brass construction delivers corrosion resistance and mechanical robustness for long-term operation in custom water-cooling loops. The true hi-flow geometry reduces flow restriction, supporting efficient coolant circulation and lower pump load. A high-durability black nickel sparkle finish increases scratch resistance and keeps visible fittings looking uniform. The concealed O-ring simplifies installation aesthetics while maintaining a reliable seal. Compliance with RoHS standards ensures the component meets common environmental and safety requirements.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid cooling loops
• Replacement of compatible brass fittings and hardware
• Visible loop sections where finish consistency is important
• Systems requiring low flow restriction components

Key specifications

• Material: high-quality brass
• Finish: black nickel sparkle
• Design: true hi-flow geometry
• Sealing: hidden O-ring arrangement
• Standards: RoHS compliant

How to use

Integrate the component into the liquid cooling loop by fitting it to compatible tubing or ports following the required thread or connection type for your system. Ensure the hidden O-ring is seated correctly and that mating surfaces are clean to achieve a reliable seal. Tighten to the manufacturer-recommended torque where applicable to avoid deforming the brass or damaging the O-ring. After installation, perform a pressure or leak test with the system powered off and monitor for any signs of leakage before powering the PC.

Recommendations

Use coolant formulations and additives that are compatible with brass and nickel-plated surfaces, and avoid aggressive chemicals that could degrade seals or finishes. During assembly and maintenance, handle the part with care to preserve the finish and verify O-ring condition; replace O-rings if they show wear. Regularly inspect fittings for tightness and signs of corrosion or leaks as part of routine loop maintenance.
