Place the head-band over your head and position the supra-aural earcup on the ear for a secure fit. Position the microphone boom close to your mouth but not touching the lips to maintain clear voice pickup; use the in-line control unit to mute, adjust volume or answer and end calls. For software-based features such as device selection or firmware updates, open your softphone or UC client and select the EPOS headset as the audio device.

Recommendations

For best speech clarity in busy environments, ensure the microphone boom is angled toward your mouth and enable EPOS Voice™ features in compatible UC software. Use USB connection when full call control and certified UC features are required; switch to the 3.5 mm jack for mobile convenience. Regularly check and secure cable routing to avoid strain and extend the headset’s service life.
