Decespugliatore WOLF-Garten Lycos E/500 H

The WOLF-Garten Lycos E/500 H is an electric brush cutter with a 500 W motor designed for precise grass trimming and light brush work. Equipped with a blade head and a D-loop handle, this model focuses on straightforward operation, control and maneuverability. Its 230 V AC power supply delivers consistent cutting performance while the low net weight of 2.8 kg reduces operator fatigue during extended use.

Advantages

The compact 500 W motor offers a balance of cutting power and energy efficiency suitable for small to medium garden areas. The blade head provides reliable cutting of thicker grass and light vegetation compared with line-only systems. A D-loop handle improves handling in confined or irregular areas, allowing better directional control. The lightweight construction makes carrying and positional changes easier, and the electric power source eliminates the need for fuel and reduces maintenance compared with petrol models.

Suitable for

• Trimming lawn edges and small meadows
• Cutting back thick grass and light brush around paths and fences
• Garden maintenance in residential yards and allotments
• Tasks requiring a maneuverable, lightweight electric cutter

Key specifications

• Power: 500 W electric motor
• Power source: 230 V AC
• Head type: blade cutting head
• Handle type: D-loop handle for one-handed guiding and improved control
• Weight: 2.8 kg (net weight)

How to use

Before operating, check that the blade is securely mounted and that the power cable is undamaged and routed safely to avoid entanglement. Connect the tool to a suitable 230 V outlet and hold the D-loop handle firmly while positioning the cutter at the desired cutting height. Guide the blade through grass or light vegetation at a steady pace, maintaining a safe distance from stones, hard surfaces and other obstacles. After use, disconnect from the power supply and allow the blade to stop completely before setting the tool down or performing any maintenance.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protection including eye and ear protection and sturdy footwear. For best results on dense or woody growth, make slow, controlled passes and avoid forcing the cutter through materials beyond its intended capacity. Regularly inspect and sharpen or replace the blade to maintain cutting efficiency and ensure safe operation.
