Elemento refrigerante APS 10782, lastra in polietilene 410×210×25 mm, bianco, riempito con refrigerante

Cooling Pack APS 10782 is a polyethylene plate measuring 410×210×25 mm in white, pre-filled with a stable coolant. It is designed for portable thermal management of transport boxes, medical deliveries, food items and other temperature-sensitive goods, providing temporary cold retention during short-term transit or storage. The pack is lightweight, reusable and shaped to fit common insulated containers, simplifying routine cold-chain handling and reducing the need for single-use ice.

Advantages

The polyethylene construction offers impact resistance and a hygienic, easy-to-clean surface. Pre-filled coolant supplies consistent thermal inertia without user handling of liquid refrigerants. Its moderate thickness and compact footprint allow placement inside a variety of insulated boxes and bags while keeping weight low. The reusable design reduces waste and operating cost compared with throwaway ice packs.

Suitable for

• Short-term transport of medical samples and vaccines
• Delivery of chilled foods and ready meals
• Cold protection for temperature-sensitive electronics or chemicals
• Use inside insulated picnic boxes and cooler bags

Key specifications

• Material: polyethylene outer shell
• Dimensions: 410 × 210 × 25 mm
• Color: white
• Filled with non-hazardous coolant gel
• Reusable and easy to clean
• Designed for use in insulated containers

How to use

Place the Cooling Pack in a freezer until the internal coolant reaches its solid or semi-solid state according to the freezer’s cooling time, then position the plate next to the items to be cooled inside an insulated box or bag. For best results, arrange packs evenly around the load and avoid direct contact with delicate items that could be damaged by very cold surfaces; use a thin barrier if necessary. After use, thaw at room temperature, rinse if required, and refreeze for subsequent use.

Recommendations

For reliable temperature control, pre-chill the insulated container and the goods when possible, and use the Cooling Pack APS 10782 in combination with thermal insulation appropriate for the product and transport duration. Do not puncture or open the outer shell; if the pack is damaged, replace it and follow local disposal rules for the coolant.
