Etichettatrice termica diretta HP HPKE100 203 x 203 DPI 127 mm/s con filo USB bianco/blu

HP HPKE100 is a wired direct thermal label printer designed for retail, shipping and inventory labeling. It uses direct thermal print technology with a maximum resolution of 203 x 203 DPI and a maximum printing width of 101.6 mm. The unit connects via USB and delivers a print speed of up to 127 mm/sec, enabling fast generation of labels without ink or toner.

Advantages

The HP HPKE100 offers compact, reliable thermal printing that requires no ink, reducing ongoing consumable costs and simplifying maintenance. Its wired USB connectivity provides a stable connection for point-of-sale and back-office setups. The printer’s capability to handle both label rolls and fanfold labels supports a range of label formats commonly used in retail and logistics.

Suitable for

• Retail price tags and shelf labels
• Shipping and address labels for e-commerce
• Inventory and warehouse bin labeling
• Small office or point-of-sale label printing

When it may not be suitable

This model uses direct thermal technology, which produces labels that can fade over time if exposed to heat, sunlight or certain chemicals; it is therefore less appropriate for applications requiring long-term archival labeling or exposure to harsh environments. The HP HPKE100 does not include wireless or Ethernet networking, so it may not fit installations that need Wi‑Fi or LAN connectivity without additional network hardware.

Key specifications

• Maximum resolution: 203 x 203 DPI
• Maximum printing width: 101.6 mm
• Print speed: up to 127 mm/sec
• Connectivity: wired USB

How to use

Install the printer on a stable surface and connect it to a host computer using the USB cable. Load compatible direct thermal label media—either rolls or fanfold—according to the paper path instructions in the user manual. Configure the printer driver on the host system, set the correct label size and resolution (203 x 203 DPI) in your printing application, and send print jobs from your POS, shipping or inventory software. Because the printer is direct thermal, do not load ink or toner; use only media designed for thermal printing.

What to consider before purchase

• Direct thermal printing is suitable for short- to medium-term labels but can fade with heat and light exposure.
• This model connects via USB only; verify host device compatibility and available ports.
• Maximum printable width is 101.6 mm; confirm label size requirements for your workflows.
• Choose correct thermal label media (roll or fanfold) compatible with direct thermal printers.

Recommendations

For best results use high-quality direct thermal label media and store printed labels away from prolonged heat, sunlight and oils. Ensure the USB connection to a dedicated workstation or POS terminal for stable, continuous printing during peak operations.
