FANAR maschio per filettare M24x2 DIN-374C R40 (6H) HSSE 800

Precision threading in demanding alloys starts with a tap that stays sharp under heat and load — the FANAR 800 Series machine tap is built from HSSE cobalt steel, holding a 6H tolerance class for consistent, accurate M24x2 threads in through holes.

Overview

Engineered for high-performance threading in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals, this FANAR tap combines a spiral flute geometry (R40) with a Form C lead of 2–3 threads. The spiral flutes efficiently evacuate chips upward, preventing clogging and ensuring clean, precise threads even in deep through-hole applications. Manufactured to DIN 374C, it delivers consistent quality and compatibility with standard toolholders.

What stands out

• HSSE cobalt steel for superior wear resistance and heat tolerance, extending tool life in tough alloys.
• Spiral flute design (R40) optimised for through holes, pulling chips away from the cutting zone.
• DIN 374C standard ensures dimensional consistency and reliable interchangeability.
• 6H thread tolerance provides a precise fit with standard metric fasteners, reducing assembly issues.
• Uncoated surface offers versatility across a wide range of materials without coating-related limitations.
