Why choose it

Ceramic abrasive grain is known for its self-sharpening behaviour: as the belt wears, new sharp edges are continuously exposed, maintaining a consistent cut rate throughout the belt's life. This reduces the need for frequent belt changes and improves overall grinding efficiency. The robust cloth backing withstands the high mechanical stress typical of metal grinding, while the synthetic resin bond provides excellent heat resistance and grain retention. For professionals who demand consistent finish quality and maximum productivity, these belts are a reliable choice.

Ideal use cases

• Deburring and edge rounding on stainless steel fabrications
• Removing weld seams and surface imperfections on high-alloy steel
• Grinding cast iron components to precise dimensions
• Finishing non-ferrous metal parts where aggressive cutting is required
• High-volume metalworking operations using FEIN GRIT belt grinders

Good to know

These belts are designed specifically for use with FEIN GRIT belt grinders equipped with a 20 mm module. Always follow the machine manufacturer's safety instructions and recommended operating speeds. The K80 grit is ideal for coarse to medium grinding tasks; for finer finishes, consider using a higher grit belt in subsequent passes. Store belts in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to preserve their performance characteristics.
