Gilet in piuma uomo PEAK PERFORMANCE Helium

On a crisp autumn morning, a trail runner zips the Helium vest over a base layer before heading into the hills. The 700 fill power down traps warmth while the recycled ripstop shell sheds light rain, and when the sun breaks through, the vest packs down to the size of a water bottle. This is the layer that lives in your pack for every adventure.

Why choose it

The Helium vest delivers exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio. Its responsibly sourced down and recycled materials reduce environmental impact without compromising performance. The wind-resistant, water-repellent shell handles variable conditions, while the stand-up collar and elastic bindings seal out drafts. Highly packable, it stows easily in its own pocket, making it an essential piece for layering on hikes, climbs, or daily commutes.

Ideal use cases

• Layering under a shell for alpine trekking or ski touring
• Cool-weather running or cycling when core warmth is needed
• Travel and everyday wear, from city strolls to mountain huts

Good to know

The vest is machine washable with a down-specific detergent; tumble dry low with dryer balls to restore loft. PEAK PERFORMANCE recommends storing it uncompressed to maintain loft.
