KLAUKE 29R connettore per capocorda in rame 120 mm² DIN EN 61238-1

For permanent, low-resistance joints in 120 mm² copper conductors, the KLAUKE 29R crimp butt connector stands apart through its seamless tubular design in bare electrolytic copper. Unlike split or brazed alternatives, the one-piece construction ensures a uniform wall thickness of 2.6 mm and consistent contact pressure after hexagonal crimping. This connector is built for professional electrical installations where reliability and compliance with DIN EN 61238-1 are non-negotiable.

Highlights

• Electrolytic copper (E-Cu) body for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance
• Accommodates stranded, fine-stranded, and solid conductors (Class 2, 5, 6) up to 120 mm²
• Hexagonal crimping profile ensures gas-tight, vibration-proof connections
• RoHS compliant and halogen-free, suitable for environmentally conscious projects
• Wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +120 °C

In daily use

Installers can quickly prepare the conductor, insert it fully into the 13.8 mm inner bore, and apply a standard hexagonal crimping die. The 55 mm length provides ample contact area without excessive bulk, while the 19 mm outer diameter fits common cable lugs and enclosures. Since the surface is untreated, it is ideal for direct copper-to-copper joints in dry or protected environments, and can be taped or heat-shrunk for insulation.
