Hama 00205254 cavo coassiale 7,5 m F bianco

The Hama 00205254 coaxial cable, 7.5 m in length with F-type connectors on both ends, provides a straightforward wired connection for audio-visual equipment. Its single coaxial conductor and shielding are intended to transmit radio frequency signals with minimal interruption, making it suitable for linking televisions, satellite receivers and other devices that use F connectors. The white outer jacket offers a neutral appearance for home installations.

Advantages

This coaxial cable combines a practical length with standard F connectors on both ends, allowing direct, tool-free connections between compatible devices. The 7.5 m length reduces the need for additional extensions in most living-room setups. The cable’s construction is designed to maintain signal integrity for audio and video transmission and to resist everyday handling and routing behind furniture or along walls.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs to antenna or cable wall outlets
• Linking satellite receivers to television sets
• Connecting set-top boxes and digital tuners
• Temporary wiring in home entertainment systems

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7.5 m
• Connector type: F on both ends
• Outer colour: white
• Cable type: coaxial for RF signal transmission

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered off before connecting. Push the F connector onto the threaded socket of the device and screw gently until secure; do not overtighten. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and stress points, keeping it away from high-power electrical cables to reduce potential interference. After connection, power on devices and select the appropriate input or channel to verify signal reception.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable runs as short as practical and avoid coiling excess cable tightly. If the installation requires outdoor exposure or prolonged runs through walls, consider a cable rated specifically for those conditions. Inspect connectors for corrosion or damage before use and replace the cable if signal quality degrades.
