HP M52486-001 ricambio laptop scocca inferiore

The HP M52486-001 bottom case is a replacement lower chassis panel designed for compatible HP laptop models. It restores the laptop's structural integrity by providing a durable housing for internal components and ports, helping to maintain proper alignment of the keyboard, touchpad and cooling vents. Manufactured to match original dimensions and mounting points, this bottom case facilitates a straightforward swap when repairing or refurbishing a laptop.

Advantages

This bottom case is made from a rigid material that resists bending and wear, offering long-term protection for internal components. Its accurate fit reduces the risk of gaps or loose mounting, ensuring vents and ports remain unobstructed. The replacement panel preserves original screw locations and support brackets, which simplifies installation and reduces the need for additional modifications.

Suitable for

• Repairing a laptop with a cracked or deformed lower chassis
• Refurbishing used HP laptops to restore structural stability
• Replacing a damaged panel after impact, wear or liquid exposure
• Maintenance tasks that require access to internal components such as memory, storage and cooling system

Key specifications

• Material: rigid polymer/plastic designed for laptop chassis use
• Form factor: lower housing panel for compatible HP laptop models
• Mounting: preserves original screw holes and bracket positions for direct replacement
• Finish: OEM-style textured surface to match the original appearance
• Openings: pre-cut vents and port access for cooling and connectivity

How to use

Power off the laptop, disconnect any external power source and remove the battery if the design allows. Unscrew the existing lower panel screws in the specified sequence for your model, carefully detach any cables or clips that connect the bottom case to internal components, and lift the damaged panel away. Align the replacement bottom case with the mounting points and gently press it into place, ensuring clips engage and ports align correctly. Reinsert and tighten screws to the manufacturer’s recommended torque, reconnect the battery and power on the device to verify correct fit and function.

Recommendations

Use appropriate anti-static precautions when handling internal components, avoid over-tightening screws to prevent cracking the new panel, and verify that vents and port openings are unobstructed after installation. If internal damage is suspected, inspect or service internal components before completing reassembly.
