Hub USB Delock 64248 5 Gbit/s 2 x Type-A 2 x Type-C 1 porta di ricarica rapida

The DELOCK USB Hub 64248 provides a compact solution for expanding connectivity on laptops, desktops or compatible host devices. The hub supports data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps and integrates two USB Type-A and two USB Type-C data ports alongside one dedicated fast charge port. Its portable design and mixed-port layout allow simultaneous connection of storage devices, peripherals and mobile devices while offering increased charging convenience.

Advantages

This USB hub combines high-speed data transfer with flexible port options, allowing both legacy Type-A devices and newer Type-C peripherals to be used from a single hub. The 5 Gbps throughput supports rapid file transfers to external SSDs and flash drives. The separate fast charge port provides higher charging current for smartphones and tablets without occupying the main data ports, and the compact housing enhances portability for travel or mobile work setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting external storage devices (SSDs, HDDs, USB flash drives) for data transfer and backups
• Attaching input devices such as keyboard, mouse and game controllers
• Connecting smartphones, tablets and USB-C peripherals while charging mobile devices
• Expanding port availability on laptops and mini PCs with limited onboard ports

Key specifications

• Data transfer rate: up to 5 Gbps per compatible port
• Ports: 2 x USB Type-A, 2 x USB Type-C, 1 x dedicated fast charge port
• Form factor: compact, portable hub enclosure
• Power: dedicated fast charge port supplies increased charging current for mobile devices (subject to host and device capabilities)
• Compatibility: works with hosts supporting standard USB data and power profiles

How to use

Connect the hub to a compatible host device using the built-in cable or supplied connector, then attach USB devices to the available Type-A and Type-C ports. Use the dedicated fast charge port to charge mobile devices while continuing data transfers on the other ports. Ensure the host supports USB 3.x speeds to achieve the maximum 5 Gbps transfer rate; otherwise data rates will follow the host’s supported USB version. For optimal charging and performance, connect the hub to a powered host or use an appropriate external power source if available.

Recommendations

Place the hub on a stable, ventilated surface and avoid connecting power-hungry devices simultaneously to all ports without confirming host power capacity. For large data transfers, connect directly to a host USB 3.x port and close unnecessary applications to reduce interference. Use quality cables and ensure device firmware is up to date for best compatibility.
