How to use

Fit the appropriate attachment for the task (dough hook for kneading, whisk for whipping, beater for general mixing) and secure the mixing bowl in place. Add ingredients according to the recipe and select a suitable speed setting. Start at a low speed to combine ingredients, then increase speed if required to achieve the desired texture. Monitor the mixing process and stop the machine before removing the bowl or changing attachments. Clean attachments and bowl after use following manufacturer cleaning instructions for food-contact surfaces.

Recommendations

For durable performance, avoid overloading the bowl beyond its intended capacity and use correct attachments for each task. Allow the motor to rest between extended cycles in continuous production scenarios. Use appropriate cleaning methods for stainless and polymer parts and inspect attachments regularly for wear.
