LA SPORTIVA Solution Comp scarpe da arrampicata nero/giallo EU 40,5

The LA SPORTIVA Solution Comp stands apart from typical aggressive climbing shoes through its P3 Permanent Power Platform, which preserves the shoe's downturned shape over years of resoling, ensuring consistent performance on steep terrain. Built on the PD 75 last with high asymmetry, it channels power to the big toe for precision on micro-edges and pockets. The combination of a Vibram XS Grip2 sole (3.5 mm) and a LaspoFlex 0.9 mm toe-only midsole delivers exceptional sensitivity and grip, while the highly tensioned molded heel cup locks the foot in place for heel hooks. The hook-and-loop closure allows quick on/off between burns, making it ideal for bouldering, sport climbing, and competition settings.

Highlights

• P3 System maintains aggressive downturn and performance over time
• Vibram XS Grip2 rubber offers superior friction on smears and edges
• Microfiber and suede upper with Pacific forefoot lining for comfort
• Highly tensioned heel cup provides secure heel hooking
• Fast hook-and-loop closure for rapid adjustments

In daily use

On overhanging boulders or indoor competition problems, the Solution Comp excels where body tension and precise foot placements are critical. The aggressive downturn and high asymmetry drive power to the forefoot, allowing you to stand on tiny footholds with confidence. The toe-only midsole keeps the shoe flexible under the arch, enabling smearing on volumes while maintaining edging capability. The molded heel cup minimizes dead space, translating every ounce of pull into movement. After a hard send, the Velcro straps release quickly, giving your feet a break before the next attempt.
