Labelmate CAT-3-10-INCHES - riavvolgitore etichette (10)

For operations that demand a label rewinder capable of handling wide-format rolls without constant operator intervention, the LABELMATE CAT-3 10-Inch Rewinder stands apart with its Constant Adjustable Torque (CAT) system. Unlike friction-based rewinders that lose tension as the roll grows, the CAT-3 maintains consistent torque from core to full roll, preventing telescoping and ensuring neatly wound labels every time. This robust unit is engineered to work in-line with most thermal transfer and direct thermal label printers, making it a versatile addition to any production floor.

Highlights

• Rewinds label rolls up to 10 inches (254 mm) wide and 12 inches (305 mm) in diameter
• Constant Adjustable Torque (CAT) mechanism delivers uniform tension throughout the rewind cycle
• Heavy-duty DC motor with dancer arm speed control for smooth, precise operation
• Bi-directional capability allows both rewinding and unwinding
• Adjustable core holder accommodates 1-inch, 1.5-inch, and 3-inch cores
• Supports roll weights up to 10 kg (22 lbs) with heavy-gauge steel construction
• Universal 100-240V AC power supply for global compatibility
• Backed by a 5-year limited warranty

In daily use

The CAT-3 excels in high-volume label production environments where consistent roll winding is critical. Its dancer arm continuously monitors web tension and adjusts motor speed automatically, eliminating the need for manual tweaks between jobs. The adjustable core holder makes changeovers quick and tool-free, while the freestanding design allows flexible placement next to any printer. Overload protection safeguards both the rewinder and your labels from damage due to unexpected jams or excessive tension.
