The Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen 4 (Intel) Copilot+ PC is a 16-inch clamshell laptop designed for business productivity and mobile work. It is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor with up to 4.8 GHz turbo and 12 MB Smart Cache, paired with Intel Arc Graphics 140V, 32 GB LPDDR5X memory and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. The 16.0" WUXGA (1920 x 1200) IPS display offers a 16:10 aspect ratio and a low-power 500 nits panel with 100% sRGB coverage. The system comes with Windows 11 Pro and supports Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, Ethernet and 4G connectivity.

Advantages

This ThinkPad model combines a high-performance Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and dedicated Intel Arc graphics for smooth multitasking and accelerated visual workloads. The large 32 GB LPDDR5X memory and fast 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD enable responsive system performance and quick file access. A bright 16" WUXGA IPS display with 16:10 ratio provides more vertical space for documents and spreadsheets, while modern connectivity options including Wi‑Fi 7 and 4G keep you connected on the move. The 86 Wh battery and 100 W charging capability support extended usage away from outlets.

Suitable for

• Business professionals who need reliable productivity and secure Windows 11 Pro environment
• Users who run multiple applications simultaneously and require large memory (32 GB)
• Remote and mobile workers needing Wi‑Fi 7 and 4G connectivity
• Content reviewers and light creative work benefiting from Intel Arc graphics and a 16" WUXGA display

When it may not be suitable

This laptop is not intended as a high-end gaming workstation; while Intel Arc Graphics 140V provides improved graphics performance over integrated solutions, it is not equivalent to high‑tier discrete gaming GPUs. Also, if you require a lighter ultraportable under 1.5 kg, the T16’s 1.98 kg weight may be heavier than preferred for frequent long‑distance travel.

How to use

Set up the ThinkPad by completing the Windows 11 Pro out‑of‑box experience and configuring your user account and security settings. Connect to corporate networks via Wi‑Fi 7 or Ethernet and enable 4G if mobile data is needed. Use the preinstalled drivers and Lenovo system updates to ensure optimal performance of CPU, Intel Arc graphics and connectivity modules. For best battery life, use power profiles in Windows and adjust screen brightness according to ambient light.

What to consider before purchase

• Evaluate whether Intel Arc Graphics 140V meets your graphics performance needs versus a higher‑end discrete GPU
• Confirm that soldered LPDDR5X memory (32 GB) is sufficient for future needs, as it is not user‑replaceable
• Check weight (approx. 1.98 kg) if frequent long‑distance portability is a priority
• Ensure required ports and enterprise features are present for your workflow ( docking, security, management )

Recommendations

For balanced performance and mobility, use the Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen 4 with power profiles set to 'Balanced' or 'Best performance' only when plugged in; keep firmware and graphics drivers updated for stable Intel Arc 140V operation, and prefer SSD storage for large project files to benefit from PCIe 4.0 speeds.
