Laptop Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen 4 (Intel) — Intel Core Ultra 7 258V, 16 inch WUXGA, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, Intel Arc 140V, Windows 11 Pro, nero

The Lenovo ThinkPad T16 Gen 4 (Intel) Copilot+ PC is a 16-inch business laptop in a clamshell design, powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor with eight cores and Intel Arc Graphics 140V. It comes with a 16" WUXGA (1920 x 1200) IPS display, 32 GB LPDDR5X memory and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro and has a black finish; weight is approximately 1.89 kg. Connectivity includes Wi‑Fi 7 (802.11be), Bluetooth 5.4 and wired Ethernet support.

Advantages

This ThinkPad model combines a modern Intel Core Ultra 7 258V CPU and integrated Intel Arc graphics for balanced performance in productivity and light content tasks. The 16" WUXGA IPS panel provides a 16:10 workspace with 1920 x 1200 resolution suited to document editing and multitasking. High-speed LPDDR5X memory and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD enable responsive system behavior and fast file access. Business-oriented features such as Windows 11 Pro, durable clamshell chassis and multiple modern connectivity options support everyday professional workflows.

Suitable for

• Office productivity and multitasking (documents, spreadsheets, email)
• Web conferencing and remote work with business security features
• Light content creation and photo editing that rely on CPU and integrated GPU
• Portable business use where a 16" screen and battery life balance is required

When it may not be suitable

This laptop is not intended for high-end gaming or heavy GPU-accelerated rendering, as it uses integrated Intel Arc Graphics 140V rather than a dedicated high-performance discrete GPU. Users who require maximum graphics performance for 3D modelling, large-scale video rendering, or VR workloads should consider systems with more powerful discrete graphics.

How to use

Set up the Lenovo ThinkPad T16 by connecting the included power adapter and completing the Windows 11 Pro initial configuration. Use the system for typical business workflows—open documents, web apps and collaboration tools—taking advantage of the larger 16:10 display for side-by-side windows. For file transfers and backups, use the internal 1 TB NVMe SSD or connect external drives via available ports. Keep firmware and drivers updated through Lenovo Vantage or Windows Update to maintain stability and security.

What to consider before purchase

• If your workload relies on heavy discrete GPU performance (3D rendering, advanced video editing, high-end gaming), verify whether a model with a dedicated GPU is preferable.
• Confirm the memory configuration is soldered LPDDR5X and not user-upgradable if future RAM expansion matters.
• Check port availability and any regional keyboard/layout or OS language variations (this listing references a German layout/version).
• Weight and 16" size: ensure the dimensions and weight (~1.89 kg) meet your portability needs.

Recommendations

For reliable day-to-day business use, run productivity suites, web conferencing and light content tasks on this ThinkPad while keeping drivers and security updates current. For sustained heavy workloads, consider active cooling and using performance power profiles when connected to AC power.
