Why choose it

The LS-284CVL combines the stiffness and vibration damping of 10-layer carbon fiber with a levelling base that eliminates the need for a separate ball head in many setups. Twist locks are fast to operate even with gloves, and the three leg angles let you get low for macro work or spread wide for stability on slopes. With a 10 kg load rating, it handles full-frame DSLRs, mirrorless systems, and even medium format cameras with confidence.

Ideal use cases

• Landscape and nature photography where weight and pack size matter
• Architectural and real estate shoots requiring precise levelling
• Travel photography with compact folded length and included bag
• Video work with a fluid head mounted on the levelling base

Good to know

The levelling base has a 75 mm diameter and accepts standard 75 mm bowls, making it compatible with a wide range of video heads and levelling accessories. The removable rubber feet provide grip on smooth surfaces and can be replaced with spikes for outdoor terrain.
