Lucchetto GERDA KMT90 90 mm in ottone massiccio con archetto in acciaio temprato, con chiave, 3 chiavi, classe di sicurezza 6

Securing a warehouse roller door or a site container demands a lock that shrugs off cutting, drilling, and weather. The GERDA KMT90 pin padlock steps up with a 90 mm solid brass body and a hardened steel shackle, built for high-risk outdoor and indoor applications. Its pin tumbler cylinder resists picking, while the anti-drill plate and anti-saw pin blunt common attack methods. Three standard profile keys are included, so you can equip multiple authorised personnel from day one.

Why choose it

The KMT90 combines a massive brass body with a thick hardened steel shackle, delivering serious resistance to physical attacks. Its Class 6 rating under EN 12320 means it has passed rigorous tests for strength, durability, and manipulation resistance. The polished brass finish not only looks professional but also enhances corrosion resistance, making this padlock a long-term investment for demanding environments.

Ideal use cases

• Securing warehouse doors, gates, and shipping containers
• Locking site boxes, tool chests, and storage units
• Protecting outdoor equipment, trailers, and machinery
• High-security applications in industrial and commercial settings

Good to know

While the KMT90 is built for toughness, regular maintenance will extend its life. Periodically lubricate the cylinder with a graphite-based lubricant and ensure the drainage holes remain clear. The three included keys are standard profile, but for larger keyed-alike or master keyed systems, consult with GERDA or a qualified locksmith. This padlock is not designed for use in marine environments with constant saltwater immersion; for such conditions, consider a model with additional protective coating.
