How to use

Use the pencil dry for precise lines and detailed sketching. To achieve watercolor‑style washes or softer tonal areas, apply water with a brush to graphite strokes and blend as desired. Adjust pressure and hardness grade to vary tone: harder leads (HB) produce lighter lines, softer leads (4B–8B) yield darker, richer washes. Sharpen with a standard pencil sharpener suitable for 3.3 mm leads.

Recommendations

Store the pencils in their hanging box to protect tips and keep them dry. Test water application on scrap paper before working on the final surface to control diffusion and tone. Use papers suitable for wet techniques when applying water to graphite washes.
