Mensola da doccia Tesa Aluxx 40200 autoadesiva cromata – montaggio a parete, installazione autoadesiva

Tesa Aluxx 40200 adhesive chrome shower shelf is a wall-mounted, self-adhesive storage solution designed for shower and bathroom areas. The chrome finish offers a neutral, corrosion-resistant appearance suitable for modern bathrooms. The shelf mounts without drilling by using a pressure-sensitive adhesive system intended for smooth, non-porous surfaces, enabling quick installation and a tidy look while avoiding permanent alterations to walls.

Advantages

The self-adhesive mounting system enables tool-free installation and eliminates the need for screws or anchors, reducing damage to tiles or painted surfaces. The chrome surface resists moisture and is easy to wipe clean, while the compact design provides practical storage for several toiletries without occupying excessive space. The unit is designed for stable wall attachment on recommended surfaces and offers a minimalist aesthetic that blends with various bathroom fittings.

Suitable for

• Holding shampoos, conditioners and body washes in shower enclosures
• Storing soap, razors and small personal care items near sinks
• Use in rental properties or temporary installations where drilling is not allowed
• Bathrooms with tiled, glass or other smooth, non-porous wall surfaces

Key specifications

• Mounting: self-adhesive, wall-mounted (no drilling required)
• Finish: chrome
• Suitable surfaces: smooth, non-porous (e.g., glazed tiles, glass, sealed stone)
• Design: compact shelf for toiletries
• Maintenance: wipe-clean surface resistant to moisture

How to use

Select a clean, smooth, and dry section of wall free from dust, grease or loose grout. Follow the manufacturer's surface-preparation guidance: clean the area thoroughly and allow it to dry. Peel the protective layer from the adhesive pad, press the shelf firmly against the wall, and maintain pressure for the recommended time to ensure adhesion. Allow the adhesive to cure for the period advised by the manufacturer before placing items on the shelf to achieve full holding strength.

Recommendations

Do not use the adhesive shelf on rough, porous, uneven or freshly painted surfaces. Avoid overloading the shelf; distribute weight evenly and place heavier containers near the wall. For long-term performance, periodically check adhesion and reapply or replace the adhesive pad if holding strength decreases. Use only on the types of surfaces specified to prevent damage to the wall or loss of adhesion.
