Supplied as two blue pads per pack, it fills uneven surfaces, air gaps and rough textures between heat sinks and electronic components to improve heat transfer and support stable device performance.

How to use

Clean mating surfaces to remove dust, grease and old thermal material. Cut the pad to the required size if necessary, peel off the protective film and place the pad between the heat sink and the component, ensuring full contact across the intended area. Reassemble the device and apply the normal mounting pressure to achieve good mechanical contact and thermal conduction.

Recommendations

For best results, use where surface irregularities or gaps are present and avoid using the pad in applications requiring electrical insulation verification beyond standard silicone properties. Store unused pads in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
