Pennarello Uni POSCA PC-8K punta a scalpello 8 mm rosso, pezzo singolo

Uni POSCA PC-8K chisel tip marker in red is a single-piece, water-based pigment marker designed to produce opaque, vivid lines on a variety of surfaces. The 8 mm chisel tip allows for both broad strokes and finer edges, making it suitable for bold signage, posters, crafts and general marking tasks. The ink is water-based and dries to a durable, matte finish that adheres to paper, cardboard, wood, metal, plastic and glass, delivering a consistent red tone for visible, adjustable strokes.

Advantages

The POSCA PC-8K marker offers highly opaque, lightfast pigment ink that provides even coverage and strong colour payoff. The chisel-shaped 8 mm tip gives flexibility for wide coverage and controlled line variation, while the water-based formula minimises bleed-through on paper and is easy to clean from non-porous surfaces. The marker is suitable for repeated use in creative and professional environments due to its consistent flow and reliable tip resilience.

How to use

Shake the marker vigorously with the cap on to mix the pigment. Depress the tip several times on scrap material to activate the flow until the ink reaches the tip and produces an even red line. Use the chisel edge for broad strokes and turn the tip to the narrow edge for finer lines. Allow the ink to dry before applying additional layers or handling non-porous surfaces to avoid smudging. Cap the marker after use to prevent drying.

Recommendations

For optimal results on porous surfaces, test on a scrap piece first to check bleed and coverage. On glass, metal or plastic, wipe the surface clean and dry before application to improve adhesion. Store horizontally when not in active use to maintain consistent ink flow and extend the usable life of the marker.
