Piano cottura a induzione Caso Touch 2000 — zona cottura singola, controllo touch

The Caso Touch 2000 is a single-zone induction hob with touch control designed for compact kitchens, temporary cooking setups and additional cooking stations. It uses induction heating to deliver fast, efficient thermal transfer to compatible cookware, reducing standby heat and simplifying cleaning with its smooth black ceramic surface. The compact footprint and straightforward control panel make it suitable where space is limited and precise temperature management is required.

Advantages

The induction design provides rapid heating and responsive temperature adjustment while heating only the cookware surface, which improves energy efficiency compared with traditional electric plates. The touch control offers precise setting of power and temperature levels and a flat glass-ceramic top is easy to wipe clean after use. A compact and lightweight build supports portability and placement on small countertops or temporary workspaces.

Suitable for

• Small apartments and studio kitchens
• Temporary cooking stations or catering events
• Secondary cooking surface in larger kitchens
• Cooking with induction-compatible pots and pans

Key specifications

• Single induction cooking zone
• Touch-sensitive control panel for power and temperature adjustment
• Black ceramic glass surface for easy cleaning
• Compact dimensions and lightweight design for portability
• Fast heating and efficient energy transfer to induction cookware

How to use

Place the induction hob on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a properly rated electrical outlet. Use induction-compatible cookware with a flat base that covers the cooking zone to ensure effective heat transfer. Operate the device via the touch control panel to select power or temperature settings according to cooking needs; follow the manufacturer's instructions for recommended power levels and safety precautions. After cooking, switch the unit off and allow the surface to cool before cleaning with a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner.

Recommendations

For best performance, use flat-based induction-ready cookware in sizes that match the single cooking zone. Avoid dragging heavy or rough-bottomed pans across the ceramic surface to prevent scratches. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit and do not operate on unstable or combustible surfaces. Regularly clean spills once the surface has cooled to maintain the integrity of the glass-ceramic top.
