Pinza a becchi Wiha 26720 acciaio rosso giallo 160 mm

Needle-nose pliers Wiha 26720 Steel Red Yellow 160mm are precision hand tools made from high-quality C70 tool steel, tempered for durability. With a total length of 160 mm and a red-yellow insulated handle, these pliers are designed for gripping, holding and cutting both soft and hard wires and cables. They comply with DIN ISO 5745 and are manufactured according to IEC 60900:2012 for safe use on or near electrical components up to 1,000 V AC.

Advantages

The extra-long cutting edge allows clean cuts on flat and round cables, while the partially serrated gripping surfaces ensure secure hold of small parts. Cutting edges are induction hardened to approximately 64 HRC for long-lasting sharpness. The insulated handle provides comfortable grip and electrical protection up to the rated voltage.

Suitable for

• Precision gripping and bending in tight spaces
• Cutting soft and hard wires and cables
• Electrical work on or near live components up to 1,000 V AC
• Holding small parts during assembly or repair

How to use

Use the needle-nose pliers to reach into confined spaces for gripping, bending or manipulating small components. Position the jaws around the wire or part, apply steady pressure to grip or cut, and use the extra-long cutting edge for trimming flat or round cables. For electrical work, always verify insulation integrity before use and follow safety procedures for live circuits up to the specified 1,000 V AC rating.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the pliers for wear or damage, especially the cutting edges and insulated handle. Keep cutting edges clean and sharpened as needed; do not use the tool on hardened steel beyond its intended application. Store in a dry place to prevent corrosion and ensure insulation remains intact for electrical safety.
