Portamina Rotring 600 0,5 mm HB rosso

The rOtring 600 mechanical pencil with 0.5 mm HB lead combines a full metal body and the brand's original engineering to deliver precise writing and drawing. Its hexagonal barrel prevents rolling and provides comfortable, fatigue‑free handling during extended use. A lead hardness grade indicator allows quick identification of the installed lead.

Advantages

Full metal construction offers balanced weight and a durable feel while the brass mechanism ensures precise, consistent lead advancement. The fixed lead guidance sleeve reduces breakage and gives an unobstructed view when drawing alongside rulers. The hexagonal barrel improves grip and prevents the pencil from rolling on flat surfaces.

Store the pencil horizontally or clipped to a case to prevent accidental rolling.

Recommendations

For best results use high-quality 0.5 mm HB leads compatible with mechanical drafting pencils. When drawing with rulers, keep the sleeve aligned with the ruler edge and apply moderate pressure to maintain line precision and reduce lead wear.
