MACLEAN MCE248 F/W is a compact power splitter that combines three AC sockets with four USB charging ports in a single unit. It supplies mains power through one 16A socket and two 6A sockets, and offers two USB-A and two USB-C ports with Power Delivery (PD) up to 20W for charging phones, tablets and other USB-C devices. The device is intended for home and office environments where multiple plugs and USB charging are needed simultaneously.

Advantages

The power splitter provides mixed power outputs to accommodate both higher-draw appliances on the 16A socket and smaller devices on the 6A sockets, while the USB-A and USB-C PD 20W ports enable fast charging for modern mobile devices. Its compact design reduces the need for multiple adapters and keeps a workstation or living area organized. The integrated USB-C PD support allows direct charging of USB-C laptops, tablets and smartphones that accept up to 20W input.

How to use

Place the MACLEAN MCE248 F/W on a stable, dry surface or mount it according to local installation options if provided. Plug the unit into a compatible mains outlet. Connect appliances to the AC sockets, ensuring that high-power devices are connected to the 16A socket when appropriate and lower-power devices to the 6A sockets. Connect phones, tablets or other USB-chargeable devices to the USB-A or USB-C ports—devices compatible with USB Power Delivery will negotiate up to 20W on the USB-C ports. Do not exceed the rated current for each socket.

Recommendations

To maintain safe operation, avoid overloading the AC sockets: check the power consumption of connected appliances and distribute loads accordingly between the 16A and 6A outputs. Use quality charging cables for USB-C PD 20W to ensure proper power negotiation and stable charging. Keep the unit away from water, excessive heat and direct sunlight during use.
