Prolunga DisplayPort DeLOCK 87077 1 m 8K 60 Hz ad angolo retto

This DisplayPort extension cable by DELOCK extends an existing DisplayPort connection. It features a male 90° right-angled DisplayPort connector and a female DisplayPort socket, a cable length of 1 m and a cable diameter of 7 mm. The triple-shielded cable supports up to 8K Ultra HD (7680 x 4320 @ 60 Hz) and is backwards compatible with 4K resolutions, providing a compact solution for tight installation spaces.

Advantages

The right-angled male connector reduces stress on ports in confined setups and helps route the cable neatly. Triple shielding improves signal integrity and reduces electromagnetic interference. Support for 8K at 60 Hz ensures compatibility with high-resolution displays while backward compatibility preserves use with 4K equipment. The 1 m length and slim 7 mm diameter make the cable suitable for desk- and wall-mounted displays where space is limited.

Suitable for

• Extending a DisplayPort connection when the built-in cable is too short
• Connecting PCs or graphics cards to monitors supporting up to 8K @ 60 Hz
• Installations with limited clearance behind displays due to the 90° connector
• Office and home setups requiring a discreet, compact video cable

How to use

Insert the male 90° DisplayPort connector into the source device or extension point, then connect the DisplayPort plug of the monitor or receiving cable into the female socket. Ensure connectors are fully seated and the locking mechanism (if present) engages. The right-angled plug is intended to be used where straight plugs would not fit or would be stressed; orient the connector to avoid bending the cable sharply.

Recommendations

For reliable 8K signal transmission, avoid tight cable bends and keep the installed length within recommended distances. Use the right-angled orientation to reduce strain on device ports and verify both source and display support 8K @ 60 Hz for full bandwidth performance.
