Raccoglitore ad anelli Herlitz maX.file A4 multicolore archivio con anelli a D

The Herlitz maX.file A4 Multicolour D-ring Storage is a D-ring ring binder designed for organised document storage in A4 format. Made in Germany and FSC certified, this binder combines durable construction with environmentally responsible materials. The multicolour cover simplifies visual sorting of files while the D-ring mechanism provides increased capacity and secure page alignment for office, home or school use.

Advantages

This A4 ring binder offers enhanced storage capacity thanks to its D-ring design, which allows documents to lie flatter and maximises usable spine space. The cover material and binding are manufactured to provide reliable protection for documents over repeated handling. FSC certification confirms that the paper-based components come from responsibly managed forests. The multicolour option helps with quick identification and colour-coded organisation.

Suitable for

• Organising reports, manuals and project files in the office
• Storing study notes, handouts and assignments at school or university
• Home document management such as bills, warranties and certificates
• Colour-coded filing systems and archive folders

Key specifications

• Format: A4
• Ring type: D-ring for increased capacity and even page distribution
• Cover: multicolour design for visual sorting
• Manufacture: made in Germany
• Certification: FSC-certified paper components

How to use

Open the binder using the ring mechanism and insert punched documents onto the D-rings, ensuring pages are aligned to avoid bending. Close the rings until they lock to secure contents. Use the multicolour cover to assign a colour to a specific subject or project, and add divider inserts or transparent pockets if needed to separate sections or protect loose material.

Recommendations

To maintain ring alignment and longevity, avoid overfilling beyond the recommended capacity for D-ring binders and keep the binder stored upright on a shelf. For long-term archiving, use plastic sleeves for single sheets and ensure the binder is kept away from excessive moisture or direct sunlight.
