Rivetto C.K Tools T3819A 515 — rivetti ciechi in alluminio da 4 mm, confezione da 50

Pack of 50 C.K Tools T3819A 515 — 4 mm aluminum blind rivets are lightweight fasteners designed for blind riveting applications where access is limited to one side. These 4 mm diameter rivets are made from aluminum to provide corrosion resistance and reduced weight, making them suitable for joining thin sheets, panels and components in metalwork, automotive repairs and general maintenance tasks. Supplied in a pack of 50, these blind rivets are intended for use with compatible hand or power rivet guns to create permanent, vibration-resistant joints.

Advantages

Aluminum construction offers good resistance to corrosion while keeping the fastener lightweight. The 4 mm diameter provides a balance between shear and pull-out strength for thin to medium material thicknesses. Blind rivet design allows installation from one side, which simplifies assembly in confined or inaccessible areas. Supplied in a pack of 50 for small to medium projects, these rivets are compatible with commonly available rivet tools and provide consistent, repeatable performance when installed correctly.

How to use

Select a compatible rivet gun sized for 4 mm blind rivets and ensure the tool is in good working condition. Drill or prepare a 4 mm diameter hole through the materials to be joined, ensuring proper alignment. Insert the rivet into the hole, position the rivet gun over the mandrel, and operate the tool according to the manufacturer's instructions until the mandrel snaps and the rivet body forms a secure blind head. Remove the spent mandrel and inspect the joint for proper compression and seating.

Recommendations

For best results, match rivet length to total material thickness, maintain correct hole diameter and use a rivet gun with the appropriate nosepiece. Avoid overtightening or reusing rivets. Store rivets in a dry environment to maintain condition prior to use.
