Rothenberger set di ganasce pressatrici 32 kN TH 16-20-26 mm

Plumbers and heating engineers rely on precise, leak-free connections when working with multi-layer composite pipes in residential and commercial installations. The Rothenberger Press Jaw Set 32 kN TH covers the most common pipe diameters — 16 mm, 20 mm, and 26 mm — in one convenient kit. Each jaw is forged from high-strength steel and laser-hardened with DURA LAZR TEC technology, ensuring clean, repeatable press cycles even after thousands of joints. The TH profile is engineered for standard MLCP, PEX, and PB systems, making this set a dependable choice for daily jobsite use.

Key specifications

• Pressing profile: TH
• Nominal pipe diameters: 16 mm, 20 mm, 26 mm
• Compatible pressing force: 32 kN
• Number of jaws in set: 3
• Jaw material: High-strength forged steel
• Manufacturing technology: DURA LAZR TEC laser hardening
• Application: Multi-layer composite pipes (MLCP), PEX, PB
• Machine compatibility: Rothenberger ROMAX Compact TT, ROMAX 3000, ROMAX 4000, and other compatible 32 kN press machines
• Connection type: Rothenberger standard jaw connection

Why choose it

The optimized jaw geometry grips fittings securely and guides the press cycle accurately, reducing the risk of misalignment or partial crimps. Laser-hardened contact surfaces resist wear far longer than conventional jaws, so you get consistent performance over the life of the set. Because the jaws are designed for 32 kN machines, they deliver the exact force required for TH-profile fittings without overstressing the tool or the pipe.

Ideal use cases

• New installation of MLCP plumbing systems in residential buildings
• Repair and maintenance of PEX or PB piping in commercial facilities
• Radiant floor heating loops using multi-layer composite pipe
• Service work requiring quick, reliable press connections on 16–26 mm pipes

Good to know

The set includes three jaws for 16 mm, 20 mm, and 26 mm pipes, covering the most frequently used sizes in modern plumbing. DURA LAZR TEC laser hardening significantly extends jaw life compared to conventional hardening methods. The jaws are compatible with all Rothenberger 32 kN press machines and other brands using the same standard connection.
