Twist drill bit with a 7.5 mm diameter, precision ground from solid high-speed steel (HSS) and coated with titanium nitride (TiN) for exceptional wear resistance and heat resistance up to 600°C. The TiN coating reduces friction, allowing higher cutting speeds and longer tool life compared to uncoated HSS drills.

Advantages

The gold TiN coating provides a hard surface (approx. 2300 HV) that improves chip flow and prevents built-up edge, resulting in cleaner holes and reduced cutting forces.
