Step drill bit made from HSS-Co 5% high-speed steel with 5% cobalt for drilling, deburring, and chamfering in steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and sheet metal up to 4 mm thick. The 130° split point provides precise centering and reduces walking.

Advantages

Three cutting steps (7/8", 1", 1 1/8") allow multiple hole diameters without tool changes. The 3-flat shank prevents slipping in the drill chuck. Cobalt alloying increases heat resistance and tool life.
