RUKO SLS-SPS Vapor 40 mm cuscinetto a sfere scanalato con due coperture metalliche, gioco C3

Rotating shafts and wheels often suffer from friction, heat, and premature wear when supported by inferior bearings. The RUKO SLS-SPS Vapor 40 mm deep groove ball bearing solves this by providing smooth, low-friction rotation in a robust single-row design. It handles both radial and axial loads, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and mechanical applications.

Who is it for

This bearing is intended for engineers, maintenance technicians, and machinery builders who need a reliable 40 mm bore bearing for electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and similar equipment. Its C3 internal clearance accommodates thermal expansion and higher-speed operation, while the two metal shields protect against contamination.

Main features

• Deep groove ball bearing, single row, for combined radial and axial loads.
• 40 mm inner diameter, 80 mm outer diameter, 18 mm width.
• Two metal shields (2Z) retain grease and keep out dust and debris.
• C3 internal clearance provides extra room for thermal expansion and higher speeds.
• High carbon chromium steel rings and balls for durability.
• Sheet steel cage guides the balls evenly.
• Pre-lubricated with grease for maintenance-free operation.
• Limiting speeds: 9,500 r/min with grease, 13,000 r/min with oil.
• Basic dynamic load rating: 32.5 kN; static load rating: 19 kN.
• Operating temperature range: -30 to +120 °C.
• Complies with ISO dimensional standards.

Tips

When installing, press evenly on the ring that is being fitted to avoid damaging the shields or balls. For applications with high temperature swings or high speeds, the C3 clearance helps prevent seizure. If the bearing will be exposed to washdown or heavy contamination, consider a sealed variant instead of shielded.
