RUTEC R55051-M cornice orientabile per faretto da incasso per MR16 - bianco

For installations where light needs to follow the task, the RUTEC R55051-M recessed spotlight frame brings a swivel range of approximately 30° to a clean, round aluminium build. Unlike fixed downlights that lock illumination straight down, this frame lets you angle MR16 lamps toward shelves, artwork, or work surfaces without changing the cut-out. The white finish sits flush in ceilings and blends with most interior schemes, while the GU5.3 socket keeps the frame compatible with the vast ecosystem of 12 V MR16 bulbs and electronic transformers. Because the lamp and transformer are not included, you are free to choose the beam angle, colour temperature, and dimming behaviour that suit the room rather than accepting a bundled compromise.

Highlights

• Swivelling insert with approx. 30° tilt for directional accent lighting
• Aluminium construction with a neutral white finish for long-term corrosion resistance
• Standard MR16 (GU5.3) socket accepts a wide range of 12 V halogen or LED retrofit lamps
• Compact round design with 83 mm outer diameter and 68 mm cut-out
• IP20 rating for indoor ceiling installations in living rooms, corridors, and retail displays
• Lamp and transformer not included, enabling full customisation of light output and dimming

In daily use

The frame installs into a 68 mm ceiling opening and requires only about 60 mm of clearance above the plasterboard. Once seated, the inner ring can be tilted up to roughly 30° in any direction, so a single row of spots can wash a wall, highlight merchandise, or create pools of light across a counter. Pair it with a dimmable LED MR16 and a compatible electronic transformer for smooth control, or use a halogen capsule for crisp, high-CRI accenting. The white aluminium ring resists scratches and fingerprints, keeping its appearance tidy even in busy hospitality or retail environments.
