Sega pieghevole Robens 690139 — sega manuale compatta e leggera per tagliare legno e per uso campeggio

Robens folding saw 690139 is a compact, lightweight hand saw designed for outdoor and camping use. The blade folds into the handle for safe transport and quick deployment, making it a practical tool for cutting small to medium-sized wood, kindling and branches. Its compact profile and reduced weight are intended to minimize carried load while retaining effective cutting performance for routine camp chores and emergency wood processing.

Advantages

The folding design protects the blade and reduces risk during transport and storage, while the lightweight construction keeps pack weight low. The saw features a tooth pattern and blade length optimized for efficient cutting of fresh and dry wood, delivering a balance between bite and control. The handle provides a secure grip for one-handed operation and quick repositioning, enabling straightforward use on trail and around camp.

Suitable for

• Preparing kindling and small logs for campfires
• Pruning branches and light trail maintenance
• Emergency wood processing and lightweight bushcraft tasks
• Backpacking, hiking and compact tool kits

Key specifications

• Blade: folding, hardened cutting edge suitable for wood
• Weight: compact and lightweight design for easy carry
• Handle: ergonomic foldable handle for safe storage and grip
• Blade length: sized for small to medium cutting tasks
• Intended use: outdoor, camping and survival tasks involving wood cutting

How to use

Unfold the blade from the handle until it locks securely before cutting. Position the saw on the wood with a steady two- to three-handed motion if possible, using controlled strokes to allow the teeth to cut efficiently. For best results, let the blade do the work rather than forcing it; maintain a consistent rhythm and clear sawdust from the cut area as needed. After use, wipe the blade clean and fold it back into the handle until it locks in the closed position for safe transport.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves and eye protection when cutting. Avoid cutting materials harder than intended for the blade. Regularly inspect the hinge and locking mechanism, keep the blade clean and dry to prevent corrosion, and store in a dry place when not in use.
