Cavo USB S/CONN 30-41275 USB 3.2 Gen 2 7 m USB-C nero

The S/CONN 30-41275 USB cable from ShiverPeaks is a 7 m USB C to USB C data cable that supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 (also referred to as USB 3.1 Gen 2) speeds up to 10 Gbit/s. It features gold-plated contacts for improved signal reliability and a black jacket for a neutral, unobtrusive appearance. The cable is intended for data transfer between compatible USB-C devices and offers a long reach without the need for adapters.

Advantages

This USB C cable provides high-speed data transfer up to 10 Gbit/s thanks to USB 3.2 Gen 2 specification compliance. Gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion and help maintain stable signal transmission over time. The 7 m length allows flexible placement of connected devices while the symmetrical USB C connectors on both ends simplify connection and eliminate orientation concerns. The black outer sheath is practical for mixed office and home environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB-C laptops to docking stations or hubs for fast data exchange
• Linking external SSDs or high-speed storage to USB-C hosts
• Extending reach between USB-C peripherals and desktop or mobile devices
• Data transfer between USB-C monitors with data ports and source devices

Key specifications

• Connector type: USB C to USB C
• USB version: USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbit/s)
• Cable length: 7 m
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: black

How to use

Insert each USB C connector into the USB-C ports of the devices to be connected. Ensure both devices support the intended USB mode for optimal speed; if one device supports a lower USB standard, transfer speeds will follow the lower specification. Avoid sharp bends or pinching of the cable along its length and position connected equipment so the cable is not under mechanical stress.

Recommendations

For sustained high-speed transfers, use with devices and host controllers that explicitly support USB 3.2 Gen 2. Store the cable coiled without tight loops and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the insulation and plating.
