ShiverPeaks piombo 89850 piastra per tetto 330 x 400 mm, massima connettività

ShiverPeaks Bleiziegel 89850 roofing slate panel 330 x 400 mm is designed for tiled roof coverings where precise interlocking and modular installation matter. The panel features geometry focused on maximum connectivity with compatible edges and overlap profiles that allow reliable mechanical engagement between adjacent slates. It is intended for residential and light commercial roofing, providing weather protection and the option to replace individual slates without affecting the surrounding roof area.

Advantages

The design emphasizes secure interlocking to reduce wind uplift and improve alignment during installation. Its standardized 330 x 400 mm dimensions enable modular laying patterns and straightforward cutting or fitting at roof edges and penetrations. The panel construction supports routine maintenance and localized replacement, helping to minimize repair time. Materials and profile geometry are chosen to balance water-shedding performance and compatibility with common roof battens and fixing systems.

Suitable for

• Residential tiled roofs
• Light commercial roofing projects
• Roof renovation and modular replacement work
• New builds requiring standardized slate panels

Key specifications

• Panel dimensions: 330 x 400 mm
• Connection geometry: maximum connectivity edge and overlap profile for interlocking
• Intended application: tiled roof coverings
• Installation: modular layout compatible with common batten spacing
• Maintenance: designed for individual-slate replacement

How to use

Install ShiverPeaks Bleiziegel panels on prepared battens according to the roof pitch and local building regulations. Begin at the eaves and work upward, aligning the maximum connectivity edges so that adjacent panels interlock fully. Use recommended mechanical fixings for the roofing system and follow manufacturer guidance for overlap and verge detailing. Cut or trim panels where required using appropriate tools and protect cut edges as advised for long-term performance.

Recommendations

Verify batten spacing, roof pitch and fixing method before installation to ensure full engagement of the interlocking edges. For repairs, replace damaged panels individually by unlocking adjacent panels as needed and reinstalling new slates following the same alignment and fixing procedure.
