Sistema NAS UGREEN NASync DXP2800 2-Bay con 2 x Western Digital WD40EFPX 4 TB

UGREEN NASync DXP2800 2-bay with two Western Digital 4 TB drives is a compact network-attached storage system designed to provide centralized storage for home and small office environments. Supplied with two preinstalled 4 TB drives (total installed capacity 8 TB), the NAS supports common RAID modes, network file sharing, scheduled backups and media streaming to multiple devices on the local network.

Advantages

The NAS delivers continuous networked access to files with support for RAID configurations for data redundancy and performance. Preinstalled 4 TB drives simplify setup and reduce initial configuration time. The system provides multiple network sharing protocols and is compatible with common backup and media-server applications, allowing easy integration into existing home or small office networks.

Suitable for

• Centralized file storage and sharing for households
• Backup target for small office PCs and laptops
• Media streaming to smart TVs and multimedia players
• Lightweight home server tasks and remote file access

Key specifications

• Drive bays: 2-bay chassis with two preinstalled 3.5" mechanical drives
• Total installed capacity: 8 TB (2 x 4 TB drives)
• Supported RAID modes: JBOD, RAID 0, RAID 1 (for redundancy/performance)
• Network interfaces: Gigabit Ethernet connectivity for LAN access
• File services: Network file sharing and media server functionality compatible with common protocols
• Power and cooling: Integrated power supply and cooling fan for continuous operation

How to use

Install the NAS in a suitable location with ventilation and connect it to your router or switch via the Ethernet port. Power on the unit and complete initial setup through the device web interface or companion software, where you can select RAID mode, create network shares and configure user permissions. Add the NAS as a backup destination on desktop or laptop systems and enable media-server services to stream content to compatible devices on the local network.

Recommendations

Place the NAS on a stable, well-ventilated surface away from direct heat sources. For data protection, configure RAID 1 if redundancy is required and set up a separate offsite or cloud backup for critical data. Keep firmware and drive firmware up to date and monitor drive health periodically using the NAS management tools.
